Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to start your return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Shipping
Securely pack the e-bike in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the exterior of the box, then schedule a pickup or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the bike at our warehouse, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
