Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your Zephyr Ebike journey.

How long does the battery last on a single charge?

Zephyr Ebikes are equipped with high-capacity lithium-ion batteries that typically provide a range of 45 to 70 miles, depending on the terrain, rider weight, and pedal-assist level used.

Do I need a license to ride a Zephyr Ebike?

Most of our models are classified as Class 1 or Class 2 electric bicycles, which generally do not require a license or registration in the United States. However, we recommend checking your local state and city regulations.

What is the shipping time for a new ebike?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery via our specialized freight partners usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location within the continental US.

Are the bikes water-resistant for riding in the rain?

Yes, Zephyr Ebikes feature an IP65 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against splashes and light rain. We do not recommend submerging the bike or riding through deep floodwaters.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the bike must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer.

Do the bikes come fully assembled?

Our ebikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide to help you finish the setup in about 30 minutes.
